CEE Business Analyst and Project Coordinator
Company: Fox International Channels Poland - News Corporation’s international multi-media business, develops and distributes pay-TV branded factual & entertainment channels: FOX Life, FOX Life HD, FOX, FOX HD, National Geographic Channel, National Geographic Channel HD, Nat Geo Wild, Nat Geo Wild HD, Baby TV.

Job purpose: to support Senior Vice President CEE in project development, mainly distribution deals, new channels launches and new business
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate distribution: prepare negotiation models, analysis, recommendations and participate in affiliate sales negotiations
- Gather market intelligence and develop business plans to support launches of channels and other projects. Structure the business, establish business plan.
- Analysis of various areas of business as required
- Manage the launch of the projects together with Senior Vice President and coordinate the team during the launch process

Requirements:
- min 5 years experience in business development in consultancy company or in internal department in international company, preferably entertainment, tv or on line.
- finance analysis, business structuring, business plan, with orientation to action and implementation
- excellent project management and organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- master command of presentation and business analysis tools (excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- ability to deliver informative, well-organized presentation
- truly fluent at working level in Polish and English. Russian would be an asset.
- an eye for detail,
- ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- very responsible and compliant managing and delivering extremely confidential and sensitive information.
- enthusiastic about entertainment industry. previous experiences and knowledge valuable.
- interest and literacy in new technologies and emerging business related models
- creative and forward thinking
- friendly, helpful, self-motivated team player with common sense and plenty of initiative. Sense of humor and good mood to work hand on hand with a group of highly qualified professionals in a demanding but easygoing and not very formal environment.
